The DDA Development & TIF Plan outlines the DDA's projected Tax Increment Financing (TIF) capture and establishes priority improvements within the DDA District.  The current plan was adopted in 2012, and the DDA is currently updating the plan to guide future investment and redevelopment through 2050.
